This is a crucial role, taking complete ownership of site/factory accounting, with management of small team.
With several key stakeholders to manage, this position would suit a confidant Management Accountant/Business partner looking to take the next step.
Reporting into the Finance Director, whilst maintaining strong relationships across the site, responsibilities include;
- Weekly reporting - Labour/yield
- Monthly Management Accounts
- Ownership of P&L & Balance sheet
- Cashflow forecasting
- Budgets & forecast's
- Stock management
- Capex submissions
The ideal candidate will be a true business partner, able to hold their own in challenging conversations and the ability to influence change.
