Internal Communications Manager

My client is one the fastest growing BioTech companies in Europe, and after significant funding during their latest round of investment, they are seeking an experienced Internal Communications professional to help tell the company's story. Their unique scientific approach to one of the hottest areas in modern drug discovery, gives them a range of advantages over other company strategies. They assembled a world leading group of scientists and business leaders, working together to bring solutions to complex and challenging diseases, where patients have limited therapy options available to them. The company are going through an incredibly exciting period of growth and you will act as the voice of the CEO to ensure the wider business is kept up to date on all the company changes.

This brand new position for the company will be responsible for developing strategies to improve employee awareness, productivity and corresponding with employees in collaboration with HR and other SLT departments, to support organisational change and company brand and culture.

Duties will include;

• Develop communication strategies in conjunction with the SLT
• Work with the CEO in developing a company's voice that's in line with branding and values
• Manage, write and develop internal communications content including news articles, blogs, case studies, Infographics, videos, etc across various channels
• Provide communication training and coaching to internal business partners
• Create a solid network of external strategic partnerships to benefit the company's marketing plans.

For this position we're ideally looking for someone with a strong Internal Communications background within a BioTech or Pharma organisation. Experience of working with an SLT on employee engagement and branding would also be beneficial.
