IT Project Coordinator - PMO

Top opportunity for an IT Project Coordinator to join a world-renowned business as they kick off several IT Systems and Web projects and transform the way consumers purchase their services.
This is an initial fixed term contract until September and we are looking for people available to start a new role quickly.

Role/Responsibilities
Guiding the scope and the required deliverables of a project working closely with the PM and other business stakeholders.
Preparing and maintaining project stage and exception plans, monitoring overall progress.
Gathering critical information, producing useful insights, effectively communicating insight to the stakeholders.
Work with the PM to ensure objective deadlines are met through project management approach.
Applying change control processes
Prepare and maintain all project documentation - project phase docs, risk reports, meeting minutes and actions, project plans and budgets
