A good client of mine, a Cambridge based MSP, are looking to continue their growth and recruit an IT Support Manager. This role will see you working on customer sites 3-4 days a week (When safe to do so), supporting their users and being that on-site resource for them.
You'll be a consultative and technical go-to for your accounts, liaising with service desk and project teams to ensure that support and projects are being delivered.
You'd be great for this if you:
- Have proven technical background, ideally with the following technologies:
- Active Directory Management
- Cloud Computing
- AWS and Azure
- Storage Platforms
- Are excellent at building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Are a great problem solver and communicator.
