IT Support Technician

Monday to Friday role with no shifts you will provide 1st and 2nd line support to the user base and as the role develops assist in projects.

EUS - Hardware/ Software Configuration, Installation & Troubleshooting
MS-Windows Server - 2012, 2016, 2019, Terminal Server / RDS
Virtualization (VMWare and VCenter) including high-availability.
Veeam backup
MS Exchange, Office & Office 365
Network Infrastructure (LAN/WAN/WiFi) - an understanding of DNS & DHCP
Telephony support - desk phone, mobile & tablet
Security - Anti-Virus & End-Point Protection
Mobile Device Management - Soti MobiControl
Service Desk Tool - Datto Autotask or similar
Knowledge and experience of ITIL Service Delivery, ISO 27001 ISMS, ISO 22301 BCMS an advantage
