Role: Technical Lead

Location: Cambridge, Hybrid (Flexible, with office visits once a fortnight)

Salary: £70K to £90K (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote an agile and lean approach to software development.

• Delegate tasks and responsibilities, ensuring team skill development and task completion.

• Conduct open and honest performance discussions, providing constructive feedback.

• Care for team well-being, being considerate of their feelings and needs.

• Utilise modern object-oriented languages (e.g., C#, Java, TypeScript, Go).

• Have a good understanding of cloud computing (AWS, Azure) and SaaS.

• Engage collaboratively with customers, designers, and product managers.

• Manage people with proven success in coaching, mentoring, and running 1:1s.

About You:

• Experience with modern object-oriented languages.

• Understanding of cloud computing and SaaS.

• Enthusiastic about team collaboration and customer engagement.

• Strong people management skills with experience in coaching and mentoring.

• Ability to balance technical and non-technical leadership.
