The role will allow you to deliver a professional, high quality, value adding and learning & development provision to all employees within the organisation.
You will partner with managers in a designated area to coach, support and advise them to make the best possible decisions. You will understand the learning needs of the organisation and contribute to the design and delivery of development solutions that support the objectives.
In order to be considered for this role you will need to be:-
- CIPD level 5 or have a recognised Coaching and Mentoring qualification.
- Experienced in building effective and credible working relationships with managers, employees and external contacts.
- Experienced in creating and delivering leadership development programmes
- Understanding of current and emerging best practices and have experience of changing Learning methodology/technology and learner journey
You will need excellent IT skills with the ability to use learning design solutions such as Articulate, Storylline, Videoscribe, PowerPoint etc.
In addition Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint to prepare well-presented documents and ideally experience of working with learning management systems.
