The business is continuously growing and therefore are now looking to appoint a proactive Ledger Supervisor on a full time, permanent basis.
With the responsibility of overseeing 2 junior members of the team, you will need some managerial experience and have a hands on approach with all transactional processes in order to support and develop your team.
Your day to day responsibilities would include:
- Manage, motivate and mentor the finance ledger team
- Nominal coding and processing of purchase ledger invoices
- Monitor and report on KPI's for purchase and sales ledger
- Investigating and resolving complex ledger queries and liaising with suppliers to ensure all requirements are met
Ideally you would have experience in using Sage Line 50 and have the confidence to lead, motivate and bring a positive attitude to a team based environment. In return for the skills and knowledge required for the role you will be offered a competitive salary of up to £30,000 based on a 37.5 hour week, between the hours of 8.30am-5pm.
