Our client is well-respected in its field, and they currently have a requirement for an additional person to join their small finance team.
Working out of well-appointed offices in St Ives and reporting to the Financial Controller, you will have autonomy and will have the opportunity to fulfil a broad role and duties will include:
- Production of monthly management accounts
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Rebate provisions
- Weekly cashflow forecast
- Assisting in the production of budgets and forecasts
- Cashflow forecasting and management
- Reconciling bank accounts
- Working closely with credit control
- Ad hoc reporting
- Monthly journals
- Processing supplier payments and query resolution
This all-round position will suit someone who has proven experience working in a similar role and is familiar working for an SME and therefore being able to spin multiple plates.
Experience of Sage would be a distinct advantage and a strong understanding of Exel is essential to the success of this position.
