This long-established SME consultancy in Cambridge specialise in the design and manufacture of biotech and life-science equipment, they operate a small but dedicated finance function and are on the hunt for an experience Management Accountant.

Reporting into the Financial Controller you will be taking a key role in the month end process, managing the monthly management accounts and board reports for the UK and European entities.

You will be an integral part of the team providing support and business partnering for senior management, looking at detailed financial analysis and delivering accurate financial forecasts. You'll be fundamental to the annual budgeting process, involved in ad-hoc finance projects as well as supporting the wider commercial teams.

You will need to come into this role with a high degree of commercial awareness, and an understanding of the importance of establishing solid working relationships with key Managers. A CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualification along with industry experience is required.
