Working closely with the Bursar and the Head of Finance you'll be given the opportunity to take complete ownership of your role, preparing monthly accruals, prepayments, and other ad hoc journals. Producing timely and accurate monthly management accounts, as well as supporting analysis, KPI's and variance reports.

You'll be business partnering with various departments across the college, providing insightful financial analysis to help operational managers meet their budgets, and streamline processes.

This is a key position within the finance team, and you play a pivotal role in mentoring and supporting the junior Accountants, contributing to the success of the department.

We are ideally looking for someone with an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification, and experience working within the education or charity sectors will be highly regarded, but not essential.
