We are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to work for a market leading food manufacturing company. This site in-particular is there most successful in the business.

The main purpose of the role is to use both mechanical and electrical engineering skills / knowledge to maintain and enhance the performance of plant and equipment, provide support to production and identify/develop projects.

Must have:
- Previous maintenance experience (in a food manufacturing environment would be advantageous).
- Competent electrical/mechanical fault finding skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of factory utilities systems.
- Experience working on PLCs i.e. fault finding, inputs/outputs (programming and modifications would be advantageous).
- A flexible working attitude.
- Experience working small projects.

Qualifications/ Experience:
- A recognised level 3 engineering qualification i.e. NVQ, HNC, City & Guilds.
- Time served apprenticeship or equivalent experience.

The shift for this role is 3s + 2s permanent nights.
