With a Hybrid working system on offer and a salary up to £25,000, you will be hands on across a wide range of administrative/supportive tasks as needed, with the support and supervision of the established team.
Main responsibilities:
- Welcoming clients/visitors on behalf of the teams within the office
- Maintain diary for all meeting rooms
- Assist with ordering and serving catering/refreshments
- Handle incoming/outgoing post including scanning and printing as required
- Arrange couriers and taxis as required
- Organise video conferences between offices and external contracts
- Ordering and sorting hard copy client documents/literature
- Complete mail shots as required
- General administration duties to give assistance, continuity and support to teams as required
- Prepare responses to incoming correspondence and emails as requested
- Keep abreast of operational and administrative procedures
Core skills and knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proactive nature
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- Ability to learn and develop knowledge of internal systems, including Virtual Cabinet (full training will be provided)
