Providing support to the operations management team, you will be required to assist with all things administration for a fast-growing company based in Brackley.

Responsibilities:
- Provide full support to the Operations Manager and key managers within the team.
- Keep social media and company websites up to date
- Proofread and update all literature for product write ups.
- Organise any on-site building works.
- Ensure data cleansing on all literature for customers is carried out.
- Support the Technical Manager by ensuring the planning, organising and administration of training events is carried out to a high standard.
- Act as the key support for collating product information, ensure data is correct and manage images.
- Provide support for all relevant ad hoc projects.
- Manage all relevant information to ensure all KPI's are up to date.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Computer Literacy - Microsoft Office, social media & website and photo editing would be desirable but not essential.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Positive and proactive person.

Salary circa £23,000 - dependant on experience
23 days holiday + Bank holidays (currently 8 days) + 1 day for Birthday
