My client is a worldwide organisation with over 2000 employees who have a marketing-leading online experience that is customer-focused and commercially optimal, and they want you to contribute it.

Being commercially astute, creatively brilliant and hardworking are pre-requisites for the role of Optimisation Manager. The Digital CX Roadmap is the most exciting in the industry and this role is central to the design and delivery of the Roadmap. Helping build the business, the role holder will champion digital channels and ensure the understanding of ecommerce is increased.

Areas of responsibility include:

  • Managing the online journey conversion rate optimisation plan for your dedicated area
  • Designing quicker, sharper online purchase and service journeys
  • Measuring and making visible KPIs and progress against targets


What will it take to be successful as Optimisation Manager?

  • Proven success in managing transactional websites across a range of KPIs
  • Significant online journey experience
  • Experience of using web analytic tools and MVT technology
  • Proven ability to influence, collaborate and inspire at all levels across a complex organisation.
