Our client is a friendly and welcoming business with offices just outside the town centre in Huntingdon.

Following a restructure they are now looking to recruit someone to join their small finance team with the focus of looking after their purchase ledger from start to finish.

Working 25 hours per week, ideally across five days the hours worked are flexible within reason but they will ideally be fixed on each day.

Reporting in to the Head of Finance your duties will include;

Processing purchase invoices, checking against POs
Handling and resolving supplier queries
Statement reconciliations
Seeking authorisation
Setting up BACS payments for review
Expenses processing
Cashbook

The successful candidate will have experience of purchase ledger and will be a strong communicator and enjoy being part of a small accounts team.

Experience of Sage 50 would be a distinct advantage but a good working knowledge of Excel is essential.
