We are proud to be working in partnership with a rapidly growing organisation in Cambridge who's projected growth is expected to more than double their turnover by 2024.
They are looking to hire an experienced Payroll Controller to ensure the weekly and monthly payrolls are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
Previous experience within an end-to-end payroll position is essential as you will be responsible for
- Payroll processes for approx. 500 employees
- Processing weekly timesheets for production workers
- Deal with payroll queries in a calm, considerate and professional manner
- Check and calculate overtime, bonuses, shift allowances, SMP, SSP, SPP etc
- Process employee expenses
- P11D, P60 and P45 updates and production
- Process starters and leavers documentation
- General administration
In addition to your payroll experience and expertise you will have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and be capable and confident in dealing with a multitude of queries from employees at all different levels within the organisation.
