This company is based in Huntingdon, and the role in question will be working as a Pensions Administrator. This will be a temporary position for around 6 weeks whilst they recruit for permanent candidates, however there could be potential for a permanent opportunity in this role for the right candidate. The role will be paying £8.91ph and the hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, with an early finish of 4:30pm on a Friday!

Within this role you will be providing outstanding support across the organisation by assisting colleagues to deliver expert administration in a timely and effective manner whilst maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and integrity. You will be providing much needed support to the Payroll and Pensions department mainly, whilst facilitating and increasing the customer base and continually maintaining/improving customer service.

Key duties may include:

  • Providing accurate and timely data to pensions funds
  • Building and maintaining effective working relationships with pension funds
  • Providing administrative support to the payroll teams
  • Responding to telephone and email enquiries
  • Monthly and annual pension reporting
  • Reporting of new start, hours/post changes and leavers
  • Supporting auto-enrolment and re-enrolment processes


The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of Microsoft Excel, preferably Pivot Tables & VLOOKUP's, however a general familiarity with Excel is also suitable. You must have the ability to establish working relationships, along with the ability to work well under pressure and demonstrate careful attention to detail and accuracy. Experience of working within a customer focused environment and proven administrative experience is desirable also.
