As this company has grown from strength to strength and seen huge expansion over the past couple of years, they are now looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their team in Cambridgeshire.

They're doing amazing things with technology and coming up with ideas that nobody has ever achieved before in the commercial space. They also have some ambitious plans for the future and the growth of the PM team will follow, potentially with you at the helm!

The PM will have the experience to ensure that the business is being consistent in the way it handles its projects and drives specific projects through the process to ensure proper planning, risk management, spend control to budget, reporting and completion of projects.

Working closely with technical teams, activities will include co-ordinating project tasks, monitoring and reporting progress and understanding project risk and mitigation plans.

About You:

  • Ideally degree qualified in a technical or scientific subject
  • PM qualification or certification - ideally Prince 2
  • Experience working in a technology focused PMO, ideally in a highly regulated environment and industry
  • Demonstrable record of managing and delivering complex projects across multiple functions
  • Experience managing projects over 6 months in timescale
  • Experience working with external partners and stakeholders
  • Experience of product development would be beneficial
  • Process driven, analytical and able to juggle multiple projects successfully
  • Negotiation skills
  • Commercial and business awareness
  • IT competent in a range of relevant software programmes
  • UK Driving licence
