Imagine that you work for a company that holds a vast site, full of state of the art engineering technology, a race track or two and lots of dynamic projects going on.

Now imagine yourself being a key player in delivering additions to that site via construction and engineering builds.

We are looking for a Projects Manager to take various projects from cradle to grave. You'll be looking a values between 0.5m - 5m to give you an idea of the scale.

From initial proof of concepts to CAD Designs, tendering, CAPEX, legislation etc you'll manage all areas of the project delivery and success.

This company is working to make your vehicles safer, more durable, faster and greener for the environment! With a 700 acre site and miles of track facilities, they are able to test any vehicle to its limits. Despite the huge investment, the site has a real family feel with everyone working collaboratively to achieve a better autonomous world.

What is required:
- Project Management Experience in delivering Construction Builds
- Experienced in planning and design
- Familiar with various construction processes and ability to manage contractual obligations.
- Appreciation of materials and ability to cost/estimate.
