We are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk on behalf of a global business, this is a permanent position based in their Royston office. You will initially be provided with equipment to work from home with a view to be based in the office when the restrictions are lifted.
You will be working as part of a team and reporting in to the Purchase Ledger Manager, the main duties of this role are as follows -
- Full responsibility for Purchase Ledger covering all elements of the process
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Supplier statements reconciliations
- Preparing month end accounts payable reconciliations
- Processing staff expenses
- Processing of weekly supplier BACS payments and staff expense payments.
You must have previous experience of working in Purchase Ledger and be comfortable with all of the above duties, you will have strong excel skills and excellent communication skills.
