With many well-invested manufacturing sites around the UK, it is very likely you have already sampled several of their delicious products!

Due to an internal move, we are seeking a hands-on Quality Assurance Manager who will report into the Site Technical Manager. Your mission will be to ensure site standards are kept consistently high and compliant with both regulatory and customer requirements. You will be responsible for your factory-facing QA teams, so you will need to be comfortable with rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in!

When the world eventually returns to normal, you will play a key part in leading on-site customer audits, but you will have plenty other areas to focus on too; technical trending data, root cause analysis, non-conformance controls, micro, complaint reduction and other adhoc duties as required. All whilst being a champion of food safety and quality standards!

What will you need?

* Background in food manufacturing
* Experience as a quality/qa manager within food
* Can-do attitude
* Ability to make a positive contribution to a fast-paced site
