Within this role you will develop, implement, and coordinate our clients Business Management Systems and procedures. You will play an integral role in driving business improvements across all functions including continuous improvement and workplace management. On a day-to-day basis you will deal with complaints management and fault resolution to successful conclusions, reporting to management on internal and external quality performance.
The Ideal candidate will have a HNC/HND in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing or other related fields, 5 years' experience within a similar role, ability to communicate effectively and project management skills. Knowledge of ISO 9001 is desired.
