The One Group are pleased to be working with a high-performance engine manufacturer in Northampton who are seeking a Quality Inspector to join their team on a permanent basis on a double day's shift.
My client is seen as a leader in their field and deliver high quality products to their customers across the Motorsport, Automotive, Aerospace and Marine sectors. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a quality inspector to perform visual inspection checks on components.
The day-to-day duties of the Quality Inspector are:
- Inspect machined engine components using the likes of verniers and gauges
- Record inspection findings and prepare reports
- Work on developing final inspection methodologies within manufacturing
- Aid 8D problem solving techniques
What we are looking for:
- Sound understanding of quality inspection techniques
- Familiar with using gauges and verniers
- Understanding of how to interpret CMM data
