Our client, a global provider of Pharmaceutical Equipment based in the Royston area is now looking for a Receptionist / Administrator to join their team.

Salary - £18,500 - £21,000

25 days holiday (plus public holidays), Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Group Life Assurance, Permanent Health Insurance, Pension (8%), Nursery Discounts.

Working pattern - Monday to Friday (9am-5.30pm)

You will have ideally gained some or all the below skills from your past experience:

  • Meet and greet all visitors efficiently and pleasantly.
  • Answer and respond appropriately to all internal and external calls.
  • Administer conference room bookings via Outlook and deal effectively with people who have not pre-booked rooms or when bookings need to be changed.
  • Manage bookings of company resources such as :- Sat Navs, Projectors, etc.
  • Maintain the company directories including the telephone list.
  • Administer calling cards and conference cards.
  • Manage the post - sort, frank and take mail over to post office, monitor franking credit and arrange top-ups.
  • Arrange security passes for new starters, temps and contractors.
  • Liaise with security contractors at the end of the day.
  • Assist in the administration of any Company activities held at Royston.
  • Assist with general administration as and when required.
  • Arrange holiday/sickness cover as and when required via the cover rota.
  • Manage and maintain all staff excel holiday cards.
  • Support with recruitment administration including organising interviews and preparing interview notes.
  • Support with co-ordinating on-site lateral flow testing.
  • Additional ad-hoc projects
