They now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruitment business partner to join their team due to the national reach of the business they are happy for the right person to be based remotely anywhere in the country.

What your day will look like?

• This role will be a busy hands on recruitment role, as you will be assisting with the recruitment for various clinics in your designated area of the UK.
• You will build relationships with your designated area managers and work to build recruitment strategies, this will include travelling to the clinics.
• Reporting back at a senior level on strategies and monthly successes, including monthly forecasting.
• Managing various roles at one time and liaising with senior management to deliver results.

The ideal person will have experience within recruitment at a strategic level, enjoy building strong relationships with stakeholders, and love working closely with a successful recruitment team.

Salary - £45,000 + car allowance
