You will have full autonomy of a research program in order to develop universally used products for our clients.

Who will you be making these ground-breaking products for you may ask? Here is a quick overview of the business. They have had a £3m turnover the past 10 years, A new director has come in and is keen to increase this. How are they going to do this you may ask? Well, they have 30 products currently in the flooring sector and you will be researching and developing one from scratch that they believe has HUGE potential!

You will also develop your own powerhouse team of chemical engineers to build on R+D. This truly is a dream role!

The Ideal Candidate:

• Laboratory and research experience producing MMA.
• In depth understanding of monomers
• Experience of translating product manufacture from laboratory to industrial production
• Obtained a Doctorate within a similar field
