We are seeking a senior production manager/manufacturing manager/operations manager who possesses the gravitas to keep a complex food production operation ticking over nicely.
There's some high-level customers involved, and a complicated product range with a large SKU count. With more customers on the horizon too!

What are we looking for?
- Operated at a senior level (managing mid-level management staff) within food production - 5 years +
- Change management experience
- Knowledge of/qualifications in CI & Lean
- Complex food production process experience
