The Senior Product Owner role at this company is a critical role in delivering digital growth and revenue targets.
In this role you would drive change across the 'API Platform' product team.

Joining a team of five talented product owners you'd operate across the 'API Platform' domain - working to create a digital roadmap to ensure key data (such as product, price, stock…) is available for the entire digital ecosystem. This includes identifying opportunities, creating business cases, working with stakeholders across several markets, as well as UX and Agile development teams to lead its strategy & delivery. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to drive real change in the transformation of the company's digital experience & technology.

How you could make an impact as a Senior Product Owner in the 'API Platform' Team:

* Set the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to drive world class product & customer experience and revenue growth across the 'API Platform' within the 'Product & Price' domain.
* Deliver the key 'Product & Price' API & service product strategy (this powers data for the internal and external customers & channels).
* Deliver new API product development & features - focusing on delivering highest value and risk mitigation where necessary.
* Research, benchmark, and create annual and quarterly product roadmaps, producing clear hypothesis and benefits cases for initiatives and socialising these across the global business up to VP/C-level.
* Drive key performance indicators, such as - customer onboarding and API usage, reliability and performance, and indirect but adjacent measures (NPS, CSAT, NES) - including managing initiatives within the backlog to reduce tech debt.
* Manage relationships and drive collaboration across projects and programmes using a cross functional approach to stakeholder management.
* Manage stakeholder communications including product plan, prioritisation decision, rationale for changes, features, benefits and the impact of each change on customer experience and product performance.
* Manage stakeholder demand for changes, ensuring well-crafted hypothesis / rational with clear measurements of success to prioritise delivery and ROI
* Play a key role in driving & continually contributing in a PO Community of Practice for the wider Digital team
