The IT market is booming at the minute, certainly a good sign to come for the rest of this year and next! A Peterborough based client of mine are looking for an enthusiastic Service Desk Analyst to join their busy team.

This dynamic team support business users, infrastructure and vital business applications, systems and websites. It's a fast-paced team that pride themselves on being service focused and having high first-time fix rate.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • A relevant IT qualification, such as a college course or university degree
  • Have some experience in a service desk environment
  • Knowledge or preferably some experience in the following:
    • WAN
    • LAN
    • Active Directory
    • Office Hardware
    • Microsoft Office
    • Windows Products
