The ONE Group are delighted to be partnering by one of the leading names in the UK FMCG market. They are looking to appoint a commercially aware and versatile Finance Business Partner to join their Newark site on a full time, permanent basis.

The role will essentially see you becoming the key finance contact for the whole site, leading the majority of accounting processes and managing a Junior Accountant who is also based onsite.

Challenging and engaging with key stakeholders will be a huge part of the role, you will have genuine influence when it comes to improving on site processes and procedures.

Your day to day duties will include;

• Lead Financial and Management accounting processes for the site, including financial reporting and control activities.
• Business Partnering with a number of senior stakeholders, assisting them with key decision making and providing them with expert insight into all things finance.
• Leading the site's budgeting, forecasting and period end reporting.
• Identifying areas of improvement both within financial and operational processes.

To be considered for the role, you will need to be a qualified accountant with a proven track record of leading finance functions and challenging senior stakeholders. Experience of working within the FMCG sector is highly desirable.

The salary for the role is paying up to £60,000 per annum depending on skills and experience.
