Site / Factory Manager
£40,000 - £42,000
Wisbech

Working with SME-sized businesses can yield fantastic results for your career development. You'll have to wear many hats and take on tasks which would normally be outside of your comfort zone, which is fantastic for enhancing your skillset.

This new Site Manager role will do exactly that. Working for a highly regarded FMCG group you'll find yourself responsible for the output, quality, profit and management of one of their sites. The group are on a mission to become the largest independent producer within their category!

The site itself is relatively modest-sized, which gives you a chance to get to know everyone on a more personal level. It's a site that has seen huge rises in output over the last few years, even before covid reared its head. You'll be taking charge of the production teams, as well as the wider warehouse, logistics, H&S and some client-facing responsibilities.
If you're seeking a role that will challenge, reward and satisfy then look no further. Business is thriving, some top-tier customers are on board and profits are up month on month.

Could be a great opportunity for an existing production/factory manager looking to take on site-wide responsibility, or even an existing site manager who wants to step into a more personal environment within a rapidly-growing group.

What will you need?

  • Management/Leadership experience within a FMCG business
  • Naturally versatile, results-driven mindset
  • Understanding of P&L affecting behaviours
