Software Incident Engineer

This is not an IT Support position, but a technical software Support / Software Incident Resolution Engineer role.
The Role:
- Providing excellent customer support on the world leading software
- Working with the tech teams to investigate, fix and deploy patches
- Onboard new customers
- Log and fix software tickets (or escalate when necessary)
- Work closely with the development team to relay any reoccurring incidents
Requirements:
- Previous Software / Technical Product Support experience
- Experience with at least one scripting/programming language
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable in a Customer Facing environment
- A "can do" attitude
- Excellent Communication skills
