The role is an interesting one; we're looking for a Specialist Analytical Chemist. Someone who can bring some new and up-to-date analytical methods and approaches to the company, shake things up and have a real positive influence on the team and wider company.
It's a key role; we're looking for someone with confidence in what they do to be able to develop and propose new methods to the NPD team and deliver the training.
What will you need to bring with you?
- Degree qualified with a few years' method development experience under your belt and plenty of experience working with GC-FID, HPLC, GC/MS, GC/MSMS and LC/MSMS
- An F&F background would be preferred, but not essential
- You should also know a bit about SPME, Headspace analysis, Olfactometry and Spectroscopy
- Lots of experience in data collection, extraction and analysis
- Passionate about keeping up to date in your field
- Great communication skills, especially with complex issues
- You're an influencer!
- Able to see the commercial angle on things
