Our client has a rare opening in their team for an individual who is looking for an administration position that also offers engagement with supporters. This role will be based in their Cambourne office ideally as a full-time position, with a split of 2 - 3 days in the office and 2 - 3days at home, occasional weekend work could be required but this time will be given back in lieu.

This position is being recruited on a temporary to permanent basis and will attract a salary of £20,000.
The main duties of this role will include:

• Handling enquiries over the telephone, email and by post
• Administrative duties including - data entry, processing membership applications and mailing welcome letters and welcome packs
• Processing donations
• General office duties as required

The ideal candidate will be able to complete tasks with accuracy and confidentiality as the role with involve dealing with personal information. Experience using database software would be advantageous but is not essential. An individual with strong organisational skills and a confident telephone manner is important.
