I'm genuinely thrilled to be recruiting on behalf of this company as they are top of their game when it comes to the projects they are working on! Unlike some other consultancies, you won't be restricted to working on the same products all the time; you'll be able to dip in and out of medical, agritech, consumer and industrial.
One thing is for sure, though - you'll need to be a Systems Engineer who knows their stuff. And you'll be someone who can dovetail with electronics, software and mechanical teams and guide the overall systems design, architecture and deliverables.
We'll need you to have an impressive academic background with a degree in something appropriate to the role and have at least a couple of years' experience in industry. Having said that, if you're a recent grad with something really special to offer, then we'd also like to talk to you, too!
As you're going to be working on some pretty amazing projects, it's likely that you will already have some design experience of complex systems; perhaps surgical robotics or diagnostic devices. And you'll definitely be comfortable developing complex electronics hardware with software algorithms for devices or systems. You'll be working in a regulated environment, so experience developing products which fall into these categories would be a big plus.
You will naturally be great with clients and be able to find creative solutions to their problems.
As someone who is probably quite early in their career, rest assured that you will receive bespoke training, mentoring and support and be encouraged to develop your skills and career. And you'll get to work with some of the best Engineers around!
