Our client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their recruitment team at their Cambridge office. As well as the responsibilities listed below, this versatile role will also give you the opportunity to work with the wider People team in running recruitment events, provide interview training, run ad-hoc projects such as: branding and grad schemes. You will be encouraged to try new tools, methods and approaches to attract the best talent.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Working with the Head of People to create and implement a sourcing strategy, focusing on driving long term direct hiring in line with future headcount growth and opening of new facilities in the UK, USA and more.
• Attracting the most suitable candidates for our roles, using direct hiring, utilising advertising and job boards as well as social media
• Managing agency relationships and working closely with external suppliers to drive attraction for difficult to fill roles
• Create pipelines and talent pools for future roles
