With big changes to their software product line coming up and a bright future ahead, they are now looking for a creative and talented wordsmith to join their team and create captivating and innovative content, building a comprehensive support and guidance package for clients and users across a variety of areas including video content.

They offer a strong training and development package that will allow this person to succeed and take this area of the business to the next level - what they need in return is a creative wordsmith with experience creating various different types of content. Experience or understanding of technical concepts and an analytical mindset would be highly beneficial, along with skills with Confluence (or similar technologies), Adobe Suite, Camtasia etc.
