Well, this new role will do exactly that. You'll be a strong new arm in a restructured technical function for a fantastic BRC-accredited food manufacturing site creating delicious products!

This business are in a great position right now - significant new investment has been secured, top-shelf senior leadership have been brought in and new customers are on the horizon. They have weathered the COVID storm and come out stronger on the other side.

This compliance-focussed position will see you really taking the helm on issues such as; QMS management, supplier approval systems, internal audit schedules, traceability, KPI reporting and gap analysis. But don't worry - you will have a robust team underneath you to help achieve these goals.

The site itself has a great range of customers; supplying to both the top four retailers and also some of the largest foodservice outlets. There's a very delicious and diverse product range available too, with quite a unique process that would be enough to keep everyone entertained!

What will you need?

• Technical Experience from food manufacturing
• Staff management experience
