Our client is a growing business based in Orton Southgate and due to additional workload they have an urgent requirement for someone to help them with the Accounts Payable processing.

The role will be site-based and you will be part of a small and friendly team. Your duties will include

Processing supplier invoices and credit notes in a timely manner
Management of the team mailbox
Reconciling supplier statements
Processing weekly supplier payment runs and liaising with suppliers
Daily cashbook postings
Maintenance of financial trackers / schedules linked to purchase ledger
Any other tasks required

Ideally, the successful candidate will have existing experience of purchase ledger but if not, a genuine interest in accounts and a keen eye for detail are essential attributes. Good Excel skills and the ability to work to deadlines are also key.

This role will be site-based and after a quick interview, an immediate start is available for the right person.
