Our client is a recognised business in Peterborough and due to increased sales they are looking for a temporary Payroll & HR Administration Assistant to join them for at least a few months.

The role will assist the Payroll Administrator with day-to-day administration ensuring that staff are paid on time and correctly.

The duties will include;

  • Raising and amending contracts
  • Covering for weekly payroll
  • Checking rights to work in UK documentation
  • Time & attendance review and reporting
  • Drafting employee letters
  • Liaising with supervisors & managers
  • Updating personnel records, opening & maintaining digital files
  • Obtaining references


The position will suit someone who has experience working in payroll and enjoys being busy and working with people across all platforms.

The role will be site based and will start after a short Teams meeting.

Working with a fantastic friendly team, the business has a history of staff retention and long-term assignments. Whilst on the face of it you will be a temp, you will quickly feel like one of the family.
