Unfortunately for most people working in logistics or warehousing, they can be hard to come by! Between working shifts, weekends and bank holidays it can feel like you never get time away from work.

Luckily for you - the business I am working with are a huge believer in a proper Work/Life balance. So much so, that they don't open on bank holidays and you will also annually receive 28 days annual leave to use whenever you like!

This supervisory role will take place between Monday - Friday, on two rotating day shifts (06:00-14:00 & 10:00-18:00) and will see you leading a relatively small warehouse team of 5/6 staff in a close-knit and friendly environment. You will be making sure that goods-in/goods-out processes are followed, H&S is adhered to and providing general coordination to your team.

The company are an FMCG (non-food) business which supply products into most of the main retailers and the warehouse is ambient.

What will you need?

• Ideally 1-2 years' experience of team leading or supervising within a warehouse environment
• Ability to confident lead a team
• Good communication skills
