Our Approach
To address the client's challenges, Sundeep engaged in in-depth conversations with the newly appointed UK HR Manager to understand his vision for the role, the essential responsibilities, and the desired personality traits of the candidate. Using both advertising and her existing pool of candidates, she sourced potential fits for the role. Each candidate was personally met with and vetted to ensure they met the outlined criteria.
The recruitment process was structured and efficient. Five candidates were shortlisted based on their experience and backgrounds. Sundeep conducted initial interviews with all five candidates to evaluate their fit for the role and the organisation. From these, two candidates were selected for second-stage interviews to assess their alignment with the company’s needs more closely.
