Becoming a Temporary Employee
Sometimes our clients require a member of staff to work with them on a temporary or consultancy basis. These roles are usually for a fixed term or on an ongoing basis and can be needed for a variety of reasons; to cover increased workload, illness, maternity or paternity cover, or possibly in between two permanent members of staff.
We have temporary jobs as well as FTC and interim consultant jobs across all the sectors we work in; Accountancy & Finance, HR, IT, Marketing & Creative, Office Support, Sales and Technical & Engineering. We have clients in Cambridge, Hertfordshire, Peterborough, and Northamptonshire.
For a temporary job, you'll have a contract of employment through The ONE Group with your agreed hourly or daily rate, which will cover the time you work. You will also be entitled to holidays, based on the number of hours that you work. You will also continue to operate under PAYE (for HMRC purposes).
