The ONE Group are partnered with a company on a brilliant growth plan, looking scale up their numbers from 50 to 80 by the end of the year, they're on the hunt for an Accounts Administrator with a keen eye for organisation and who isn't afraid to pick up the phone and chase to get things done when needed.
This is a newly created role in an exciting company, they've been going for 5 years now and are a leader in the biotech space with no plans of slowing down.
The company are offering a salary of between £25,000 and £30,000 for the right candidate among benefits including but not limited to:

The role requires someone who is highly organised with experience in purchase ledger. You'll need the people skills to teach other non-finance members of the team how correctly complete their invoicing, chasing in a friendly manner when necessary. You won't be completing any work past completing the trial balance but knowledge and experience of prepping accounts up until TB. You'll be a rock in this team and be a champion of change, this company are going to go through a system change and may be something you get involved in.
Ideally you'll be AAT qualified but we are also very interested in those QBE.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining the Purchase Ledger, typically between 100-150 invoices per month
- Aiding the preparation of month and year end accounts
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Be part in the transition from Xero to likely Netsuite
- Complete a variety of administrative duties
