The One Group are exclusively partnering with a business with a global reach to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a full time, 12 month fixed term contract.
This role is due to start on Monday 15th September, and the ideal candidate will be within an hours commute to Peterborough.
Responsibilities
- Raising invoices and credit notes, verifying orders in the system and ensuring appropriate documentation is held to support transactions
- Take ownership of customer emails & purchase orders
- Preparation of weekly payment batches to UK suppliers & gaining authorisation
- Preparation of international manual payments, posting exchange rate differences on accounting software
- Processing weekly statements
- Preparing sales invoicing data for the annual audit
- Creating credit card payment links and processing refunds
Requirements:
- Capability to work from home
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an Accounts Admin/Assistant role
- Good knowledge of UK & EU VAT regulations
Benefits:
- Primarily remote role
- £34,000-£36,000 per annum
- 23 days holiday + bank holidays
