An organisation based in Newmarket are currently looking to recruit an Accounts Clerk on a 14 month contract, this position will be based from home initially with a view to returning to the office later this year.

You will be working as part of the Finance Team and will take responsibility for ensuring supplier invoices and employee expenses are processed accurately and paid on time.

Key Responsibilities -

- Daily processing of supplier invoices ensuring that the coding is correct

- Reconciling supplier statements

- Processing of employee credit card transactions and expenses

- Raising monthly sales invoices for customers and liaising with account managers to deal with queries.

You must have proven experience of working within a busy finance team and have experience of both purchase and sales ledger. Ideally you will be available to start immediately but a short notice period will be considered. Please call Kathryn at The One Group on 01223 237888 for further details.
