An organisation based in Newmarket are currently looking to recruit an Accounts Clerk on a 14 month contract, this position will be based from home initially with a view to returning to the office later this year.
You will be working as part of the Finance Team and will take responsibility for ensuring supplier invoices and employee expenses are processed accurately and paid on time.
Key Responsibilities -
- Daily processing of supplier invoices ensuring that the coding is correct
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Processing of employee credit card transactions and expenses
- Raising monthly sales invoices for customers and liaising with account managers to deal with queries.
