The One Group are recruiting for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join a huge name within the Peterborough area on a full time, 10 month fixed term contract.
There is potential that this role will be extended or made permanent.
This role will see you working from the offices 3 days per week, and also provides the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week, once you have got your feet under the table with your day to day responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Validation of PO and Non PO Invoices
- Managing invoice rejections, liaising with suppliers and the business accordingly
- Management of key supplier accounts
- Opening Daily Post & management of AP inbox
- Checking of any final demands and reminders received from suppliers
- Input payment requests
This is an excellent opportunity for a current accounts payable/purchase ledger clerk to join a business with huge exposure and development opportunities. Reporting directly into the Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will have support from day one, however experience in AP is essential.
