Administration Coordinator within the Managed Services team
Daily Duties:
- A central point of contact for the team
- Handle resources, bookings and reporting for the team
- Sales Support internally and for clients
- Distribute and set up team engagements
- Administration and project support
- Reporting team results on a weekly and monthly basis
- Setting up meetings and events
- Evaluate new department requests and distribute
- Working closely with the Sales team including BDM and Account Managers
We are looking for:
- Strong MS Office skills
- Access experience - can be trained
- Experience working with sales
- Proven administration skills
- Attention to detail - essential skill
- A knowledge of Navision or Great Plains would be an advantage but can be trained
- Organisation is key to the success in this role along with excellent verbal and written skills
- Project Support and Sales Support would be very suitable experience
- Proactive
- Confidence to deal with all levels of customers and clients
- Able to work in a busy and sometimes pressurised environment
