Administration Coordinator within the Managed Services team

Daily Duties:

  • A central point of contact for the team
  • Handle resources, bookings and reporting for the team
  • Sales Support internally and for clients
  • Distribute and set up team engagements
  • Administration and project support
  • Reporting team results on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Setting up meetings and events
  • Evaluate new department requests and distribute
  • Working closely with the Sales team including BDM and Account Managers

We are looking for:

  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Access experience - can be trained
  • Experience working with sales
  • Proven administration skills
  • Attention to detail - essential skill
  • A knowledge of Navision or Great Plains would be an advantage but can be trained
  • Organisation is key to the success in this role along with excellent verbal and written skills
  • Project Support and Sales Support would be very suitable experience
  • Proactive
  • Confidence to deal with all levels of customers and clients
  • Able to work in a busy and sometimes pressurised environment
