A fairly new business in Oakham has had great success over the past couple of years and is looking to continue to grow which is where you could come in as their new Administrator.

They provide a very valuable service especially in today's market and the current set up of so many people working from home, the sales and customer team need some support on an administration front.

You will grow into the role as you learn the ropes and expand duties accordingly to suit your strengths, so this role is really one to make your own.

Daily you will be handling email enquires, ensuring customers are getting the correct information, sending out welcome packs and information, answering the phone, ensuring all the paperwork and files are up to date for each client. The sales team are often out meeting clients so you will be supporting them with their administration and booking appointment into their diaries for them.

This role will suit someone who has worked in an administration function before, we can be very open with regards to backgrounds and industry experience. The most important element will be you as the team are great and the fit has to be right for both of you, we need someone with a positive approach to work who is happy to help with all duties in the office with a can do attitude.
